Dr. angela Koivula, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist, Owner
Hi, I'm Angela, and this is my practice. In short, I support individuals who describe pain as feelings of loneliness and disconnection from self and others without a clear understanding of why. I help people uncover the parts of their lived experience that have contributed to feelings of low self-esteem and low self-worth including feelings of shame and a sense of feeling invisible or small and help them work toward feeling valued and whole. In this process we explore histories of trauma and attachment wounds and the resulting loss of safety in close, intimate relationships. When we don't feel safe to be ourselves, vulnerability is challenging, thus limiting true connection with others. I want to help you repair these wounds and become the person you were meant to be.
